The Rio Grande do Sul State Secretariat of Culture presented the cultural project "Viva Elizabeth: Dialogues that transform the village," an urban garden project and a graffiti tourism route located on the outskirts of Porto Alegre, inspired by Comuna 13 in Medellín. Stretching almost 2km, this initiative brought together the artistic expression of 36 artists, transforming the community into a vibrant open-air art gallery. In addition to stimulating peripheral tourism, the project sought to decentralize investments in culture, boost the local economy, and celebrate the unique cultural identity of the region. Both the community garden and the graffiti route were destroyed in the flood of May 2024, bringing an end to the project.
