We simply cannot achieve our mission alone, and that's the good news, because we understand that the transformation we want to bring about in our community and in the world is a collective effort. The Abrigo Collective relies on a network of supporters, donors, and partners who help us deliver high-impact projects in the places where we operate.

 

We have a board of directors elected for two-year terms. Our board is composed of the Administrative Council , which has three management positions designed this way to encourage horizontality within the institution's decision-making processes. We also have a Fiscal Council , which ensures the control of the entity's accounts and management.

 

The Abrigo Collective has an equity policy that seeks to ensure greater diversity, racial and gender parity in the composition of its Board of Directors .
